Clouds linger Thursday night with lows around the freezing mark. Clouds in the morning depart for a sunny afternoon.
But temperatures struggle with highs only in the mid-40s. The normal high is 57 degrees.
It will be windy this weekend. Warm winds Saturday take highs in the upper 50s.
A cold front arrives at night, opening the door for chilly northwest winds gusting to 40 mph. No rain is expected with the frontal passage.
